Object (2022) : A traditional Egyptian family is celebrating the birth of their newest child a baby doll. The doll grows up and is undergoing genital mutilation and is getting ready to get married. Through the exploration of the relationship between sound and moving pictures “Object” deconstructs the childhood of a common Egyptian girl.
